Q: When will my retail order ship?
A: Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. The exception are those orders placed on the weekends and/or holidays since warehouses are closed. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?


A: Yes, for custom bobbleheads we can ship anywhere in the world. It's that simple.  Our shopping cart will give you pricing and shipping options depending on your location. Email support@hotodeal.com if you have any questions. We'd be glad to help.


Q: Do you allow refunds, or cancellations?
A:  You may return your unused and unopened product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Products which are deemed defective or broken upon receipt will be exchanged or replaced at full value with no restocking fee.  Photographs of the product and the packing box may be required. If the individual retail box has been opened but the band is otherwise in new condition then a restocking fee of 15% will apply. If the box has been opened and the band is no longer in new and resaleable condition, or if the product is not properly packaged for shipping and is damaged in shipping then the return cannot be accepted. Refunds will be given in the same manner in which the item was purchased, less any restocking fee as required. Allow 7 to 14 days upon receiving the item to process your return. It may take up to 30 days after that to be visible on your next credit card statement.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective or an error occurred when filling the order.
